The short version: it is a website. Read it, enjoy it, get in touch. Do not copy it wholesale or try to break it. And if we end up working together, a real contract covers that work, not this page.

Using the site

Help yourself. Read anything, quote us sensibly, forward it to a colleague who needs it. What you cannot do is copy the site wholesale and pass it off as your own, scrape it at volume, or try to break into it. None of that is likely from most of you, but it needs saying.

What belongs to us

The words, the design, the code, the name and the little gold nugget are all RevenueGrain Co., Ltd. Client names and logos belong to those clients and appear here with their permission, not as an invitation to reuse them.

What this page is not

This site is marketing. It is not an offer, a quote, or a contract, and nothing on it creates a client relationship. If we do work together, a separate written agreement sets out the scope, the fees and the terms, and that agreement takes precedence over anything you read here.

About the numbers

Where we mention results, they are real and they are specific to the client who earned them. They are not a promise about yours. Search and advertising outcomes depend on your market, your margins, your products and a hundred things neither of us fully controls. Anyone who guarantees you a number in advance is guessing.

Links elsewhere

We link to other sites when they are genuinely useful. We do not run them and we are not responsible for what turns up on them later.

Liability

The site is provided as it is. We do not warrant that it will always be available or entirely free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot legally be limited.

Which law applies

Thai law governs these terms and the courts of Bangkok have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in the EU, this does not take away any rights your local law gives you.

We may update this page. The date below tells you when we last did.
