Privacy Policy

The short version: we collect almost nothing. Fill in the contact form and we get what you typed. Accept cookies and Google helps us see which ad brought you here. That is the whole list. We have never sold anyone's data and we are not about to start.

The longer version is below, because some of this has to be written down properly.

Who we are

Revenuegrain Ltd., True Digital Park, 101 Sukhumvit Rd, Bangkok, Thailand. We are the data controller for this website. Anything you send to hello@revenuegrain.com is read by a person, not a ticketing robot.

What we collect

Two things, and only two.

What you tell us. The contact form asks for your name, email, company, website, rough monthly revenue and a message. Only name, email and message are required. The rest is there so we can give you a straight answer instead of a vague one.

What your browser tells us. If you accept cookies, Google Ads sets one so we can tell whether an ad we paid for actually brought you here. We also use Vercel's analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without following you anywhere afterwards.

We do not ask for your address. We do not ask for your phone number. There is no newsletter to escape from.

Why we are allowed to

  • Your enquiry. Because you asked us to reply. In formal terms, that is our legitimate interest in answering you, and steps taken at your request before any contract.
  • Advertising cookies. Because you pressed Accept. You can change your mind at any time through the Cookie settings link in the footer.

Who else sees it

As few people as we can manage:

  • FormSubmit delivers the contact form to our inbox.
  • Google measures our advertising, if you accepted cookies. If you also sent the contact form, that includes a scrambled (hashed) version of your email address, and your first and last name if you gave them, so Google can tell that an ad we paid for led to a real enquiry. The scrambling happens in your browser, Google cannot read the address back out of it, and none of this is sent if you declined cookies.
  • Vercel hosts the site and counts anonymous visits.

That is the complete list. We do not sell data, rent it, swap it, or pass it to advertisers. There is no mailing list and no broker.

Where it ends up

We are a Thai company working with brands across Europe, so your enquiry is likely to be read in Bangkok. Where the law requires safeguards for transfers out of the EEA, we rely on the standard contractual clauses our providers have in place.

How long we keep it

Enquiries stay in our inbox while the conversation is still useful, and for up to three years after the last message. Advertising cookies expire on Google's own schedule. Your consent choice is stored in your browser, not on our servers, and clearing your browser data removes it.

Your rights

If you are in the EU or UK you can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, delete it, hand it over in a portable file, or simply stop. Write to hello@revenuegrain.com and we will deal with it, usually in a few days and always within a month.

If we get it wrong, you can complain to your local data protection authority. In Finland that is the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman, at tietosuoja.fi.

Changes

If we change this page, the date below changes. If we change something that actually matters to you, we will make it obvious rather than burying it.
